We celebrated a birthday with a dinner at Cafe Lily. Bread and lettuce salad were excellent. Our entrees- pinchitos and gamberi alla Rosa (shrimp and pasta) both were excellent. Service was attentive, friendly, and prompt. The dining area is a bit small, and we were seated near the front door, despite having made our reservation a month ago. The house treated us with a complementary birthday dessert- lemon sponge custard with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. We will definitely be back.

As always, Little Alley’s did a fantastic job with providing an experience to remember. Food was fantastic our waitress was amazing. I can’t remember her name but she grew up with a keylime tree in her backyard lol !

The experience today when celebrating my mom’s birthday was nothing short of stellar. The menu had “happy birthday” printed on it, the table was decorated, and my mom left with fresh biscotti as a parting gift. Superb in every way. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the lobsters and shrimp were wonderful. McKendrick’s salad is wonderful. The side dishes were well prepared and delicious. The service was extremely attentive without being obtrusive. overall, it was an outstanding post Christmas dinner for my family. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into maintaining the extremely high standards of a restaurant such as McKendrick’s. We will certainly continue to come back as a couple, but also to provide a very enjoyable experience for our family and friends.
