This review is for both newcomers to Joe’s and for those coming back again. First off if you’ve never been, treat yourself. Get the stone crab claws. They are worth the price. Also if you like superb service it’s the place to go for the freshest seafood and prime steaks. If you are a returning guest they currently have a seasonal fish, dorade. Wow. I recommend the sauce on the side. The fish is delicious without it but even better with just a drizzle. Joe’s never disappoints. One of the best restaurants in Vegas!

We had a very nice Valentine’s dinner! ❤️ We shared the filet and the crab legs and the lobster bisque was our appetizer. The steak was cooked perfectly and the crab legs were so delicious, it was warm and soft and melted in our mouths! Our waiter was very nice and he made us feel very special. Thank you!

One of the best meals I have had in a few years. Appetizers were fantastic. We had the prawns and the crab meatballs. Ate family style. Pasta rags course was tasty and a nice intermission. Branzino and Chicken Parm for dinner with Crispy potatoes. Chicken Parm cooked through, but still juicy. Potatoes were a big hit. Finished it off with a Pistachio Gelato sundae. No one wanted anything for dessert, but it was gone in 30 seconds. Great meal!

Are server Brock and his crew were great took care of our needs. The food was all delicious I had the filet mignon along with spinach and garlic potatoes. Lobster bisque was great as well.

Very nice view. I had the rack of lamb ( most cooks over cook lamb making it to tough) this was the best lamb i have had in many many years. Did not get his name, but our waiter was very good. Will be back next time I'm in Vegas.

The Blackout dining experience is $99.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

The food was creative and flavorful. Loved the presentation and the service was fast and attentive. Usually a great meal and atmosphere. Only detractor was the table next with 4 young people having a very loud and crude conversation. Others diners were disrupted and staring at them as well.

All the servers we've had are good but this time we had Maggie and she is one of the best servers we've had (in all of our dining out experiences). Great food and service. It is a little too dark the high top tables/bench seating and had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menus and sign the bill. Tables next to us had the same problem. Otherwise, everything was spectacular and we will dine there again.

The food was excellent. We had the duck confit salad (split it) and I had the Scottish Salmon and my Hubby the short rib. All delish. The pineapple cheesecake dessert was a hit too. Ambience was cozy and buzzing, but not so lous=d as to be annoying. Waiters seemed to be very busy and very business like unlike other fine establishments we've dined at. The hostess at the door seemed stressed adn therefore curt....BUT we will definitely go back . The delish food outweighed the service.
