We ended up being about 20 minutes late for our reservation but they were able to seat us in the bar lounge area. Everything was fantastic. The food, service, ambiance, and drinks! Our favorites were the Dzkipak, and the wagyu (tostada?). The dessert menu was inventive and the one that we got wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet which was a great way to finish a meal. The runners were able to describe the food in great detail and could answer any questions I had. The best part though was our server Mila. She was fantastic. Had great suggestions for food, cocktails, and mezcal. Would definitely go back again.

Mexico City has amazing food. We have been here for almost 2 weeks now and except for one experience have had unbelievable food. This restaurant was one of our favorites. Servers where by far the most attentive ones i’ve had in a while, super helpful! i was there. with my grandmother who needs oxygen and the staff made sure she had enough room to have her portable tank with her. Food was spectacular, portions are generous! we had the tuna and truffle tostada and it was amazing, the flavors were rich and perfect. We also had the rib eye baos and lobster tacos, everything was extremely tasty and the plating was phenomenal. absolutely worth mentioning the mixologist Ana, who concocted an amazing cocktail with whiskey and seasonal juice. As for pricing, it’s perfect. the quality of food and service is worth every peso spent there. Our check was $1890. I really recommend this place, i’m sure you will have the best experience.

This is our 4th visit in the past year to Quince. We have had an excellent meal each. Sushi is some of the best we have had in the world. The service at the table has always been excellent. Lacy nice was the best with Rosa as our primary and Nancy as support. The only issue we have with Quince is the front greeting staff. They are not as friendly as you would expect at a fine restaurant like Quince. It seems they want to make you wait. When we reached the dining area there were plenty of open tables.

We love this place and have been going there for years. The view is the beat. Service was great. Only retraction was the gazpacho this visit. More cucumbers please. Chicken croquettes and beef skewers were awesome. I am a fan of the patatas bravas. Chocolate lava cake and vanilla ice cream was delicious. I remember always the Basil ice cream. We will be back!!

Tintoque is reason enough to visit Puerto Vallarta. One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in all of North America. Truly exceptional. The tasting menu and wine pairing were so thoughtfully constructed and the extraordinary servers and sommelier obviously cared about every detail. I will return to Vallarta for this experience alone.
