Our server was great! Screaming kids and just loud made it difficult to converse. My mom and dad split the filet and it had a fair amount of gristle in it which is odd for a filet. It’s a nice restaurants and close to our Newport home.

My Husband and I were celebrating our 31st Anniversary and Nick (our waiter) took GREAT care of us. We had an Ocean View (just as requested) and we enjoyed the Beautiful Sunset that was happening. Duke's has been one of our favorite Restaurants for many years!

Exceptional 16 ounce prime N.Y. steak cooked exactly as I requested. It was delicious. Service was equally good. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wines. Unfortunately, this Del Friscos restaurant is closing in mid January and a Mastros restaurant will open in its place in April. The parent company, Landry’s owns both brands.

The Bistango restaurant is a five star dining experience. Food was superb. It was so busy that we had to wait thirty minutes for our table. We used the time for a cocktail at the bar which was great. Music was also provided for the diners entertainment.

Had dinner reservations for Christmas Eve. We were seated promptly on our arrival. The waiter was very good and answered questions about the menu and dinner specials. We ordered cocktails which arrived a little slower the I would have liked however they were still timely given the how busy they were. The appetizers arrived quickly and were very good. The entrees also arrived fairly quickly and were warm and very good. Though they were busy they did not rush us out after dessert and coffee. Overall a very pleasant evening with family.

This was the first time eating hare. The food and service were both excellent. The cioppino was one of the best that I have had and I've ordered a lot thru the years. The service was exceptional. Very happy I chose Coastal Kitchen to bring my son and his family for our Christmas celebration. They had never been here and raved about the food! Entrees ordered were the ahi salad, the ahi entree, pork chop (it was huge!), ribs, and my personal favorite, the salmon. All were delicious! And, of course, we had to order the key lime pie--better than Tommy Bahamas; the crust is amazing!

Had a wonderful holiday lunch. AnQi is such a unique experience. Super high standards reflected in hospitality, cocktails (always creative and delicious) and outstanding cuisine. Excellent mocktails. We sampled from the dim sum offerings (An Sum...filet mignon potstickers are amazing) and then the signature garlic noodles with grilled prawns and the Mongolian lamb chops, which were cooked perfectly. Cliff served us--was busy but did a great job and accommodating. Nice management presence as well. AnQi never disappoints!

Lovely meal all around. The cocktails are a delight and beer and wine menu extensive. The food was the main event from the bacon-wrapped Bree to the mushroom soup to the Chilean sea bass in papiote as well as the cassoulet. Save room for dessert. The Belgian chocolate mousse is amazing.

The Hostess was extremely kind while I was waiting for my date. She confirmed my reservation and seated us as soon as my companion arrived. The food is always fabulous, and our waiter was very attentive. The Sea Bass is one of my favorite choices, and my date really enjoyed her Jambalaya over rice. Would be very happy to return.

As it has been for over 15 years we had (another) great meal at Delize. We often meet friends here, it’s convenient, comfortable and the food is great. My husband ordered the Shrimp fra Diablo and loved it. My friend ordered a 4 oz salmon fillet and veggies a la cart and loved it. My eggplant parmigiana was delicious and huge! Great service too!

The food was incredible, the service was great, and it was a fantastic way to spend Christmas Eve. We had everything from the lobster Mac and cheese to the burger and steak, and even the charcuterie board. And guess what? Our two kids loved it too! In 1912, at the bend of Forest Avenue, 23 year old Joe Jahraus opened the Laguna Lumber Company, he and his father(cigar maker, first postmaster and real estate agent) built the beautiful French Normandy building that is here today. Prior to the lumberyard opening, building supplies needed to be dragged in by mule or floated in on the tides, and therefore, Laguna Beach had less than three hundred permanent residences. After the lumberyard opened, the area began to grow at unprecedented rates, transforming it from a tent town into a thriving city. Laguna Lumber operated for seventy three years, sixty two of them in this location and its' architecture, influenced by Joe's tour abroad in World War I, is one of the most significant influences on the town's aesthetic. Half timbers, mud walls and shingled roofs grace many of the downtown storefronts and homes throughout the city because of this landmark. Today, 384 Forest is home to Lumberyard - a contemporary American restaurant.

A Family Tradition For Over 90 Years

Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. The restaurant has grown over the years into one of the largest in California, but the classic fried chicken dinner is still made the same way today using Mrs. Knott's recipes.

Every complete chicken dinner includes handmade biscuits, side salad, choice of cabbage or cherry rhubarb, three pieces of fried chicken, and mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. For dessert: your choice of boysenberry pie or boysenberry sherbet. Many other dishes are also available including grilled chicken, salads, and a number of appetizers. A full-service bar, serving signature boysenberry-infused cocktails, is also available.

Currently, we are following all government-issued regulations and seating is currently outside only. Thank you in advance for understanding and we are in this together.

Outside patio perfect ! Warm and comfortable. Great dining spot for friends and relatives especially at holiday time. Goods love this place and the Spaghetti and Meatballs their fave as it has been for 8 years since they were 2. Wine, Food, Service, Ambiance all the reason to make Alessa the fave and not just special occasion. This is the restaurant you want any day!
