I booked on OpenTable and then four hours before my reservation I asked if I could add a chair and they said no problem. They put us in the back room. It was extremely noisy and I think I was bumped at least 10 times on the back of the chair because we didn't fit back there.

We were rushed through our dinner, they wanted to take out kids plates when they weren’t even finished. Then they took our table apart to accommodate another big party. It was rushed, we didn’t feel valued, and the meal was very expensive for the rude service we received. I’m going to think twice before I frequent locando revello again.

We have dined at the Brentwood location three times and once at your Lafayette location but your Danville location tops both of them in all areas. Huge portions of fantastic food, vegetables soft and tender just the way I like it. I had the salmon and wife the short rib special. Both were excellent. Although a bit of a drive for us we plan to return in the near future. Brentwood is nice, but the main dining area is too noisy. We’ll continue to go there as it is convenient and the service and food are very good but we really like the Danville spot.

Not our first time but most likely our last. Food was great but everything else was disappointing. Service was reduced to an order taker, we had to ask to have all empty appetizer plates removed in order to make room for our entree course & we were seated in their alternate space next door which was fine but just very much crammed into a tiny space, not very intimate at all. Made advanced reservations for our 24th wedding anniversary and noted it on our reservation. Apparently they do not recognize celebrations as our visit lacked any acknowledgment of the fact that we were there for anything other than dinner. Very disappointed in what used to be a favorite spot.
