Monarch exceeded every expectation and provided an unforgettable evening as we celebrated the life of my sister, Adrianna. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was breathtaking—the chandelier lounge area was stunning, setting the tone for an elegant and intimate experience.
The cocktails were phenomenal; we enjoyed the Champagne, Grapefruit Goddess, and Pretty Reckless, each beautifully crafted and delicious. For dinner, I had the wood-grilled branzino—easily the best I’ve ever had. We also shared the herb ricotta anolini with wood-fired broccolini and the indulgent black truffle risotto. To end the night, the lemon ricotta cake was the perfect, delicate finish.
What truly made the evening magical was our server, Chad. His attentiveness and thoughtfulness elevated the experience, ensuring every detail was perfect. The most touching moment was when he presented us with a keepsake in remembrance of Adrianna, a gesture that meant the world to us.
