   Food choices were limited and we was not shown or aware they had a specials board. It was only when we heard the table behind us ask if there was a specials board than we became aware of one, which we would have ordered off as the menu options were limited to mainly fish dishes. The two fish dishes we did order were average at best. We eat out at very good restaurants frequently and would normally have Lussmann's in the category of a good restaurant, however it fell below that standard this time round which was disappointing.

   Great evening at Lussmans, lovely chilled atmosphere, attentive and professional waiters, good choice for the fixed menu....highly recommend the Shepherds Pie and Cod with bisque. Will definitely return.

   Excellent surroundings and exemplary service slightly let down by the food. We had a long wait for our food (which was fine - everything being freshly cooked) but were disappointed that our dishes were all rather cold. We did tell our (very attentive) waiter who offered to have them reheated but that didn’t really appeal. All in all, a nice experience but not quite up to our expectations.

   Beautiful food....the Mezze was a great sharing platter. We ordered fish and steak. The Sole was meaty and delicious as was the haddock and fishcake....andcthe onglet out of this world ! Service was extra special.....staff couldn't have Neen any more attentive charming and helpful. Woukd definitely recommend

   First time visiting for us to Hertford Lussmans and very pleasant it was too. Food was lovely and well priced, didn't feel rushed which was nice (too many places nowadays are always trying to rush your meal). Will will definitely return.

    We went to Lussmans for an early dinner following a family visit to Beam Theatre for the Panto. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant as it was late afternoon. The service, food and ambience were excellent - my children are 9 and 5 but the menu selection was good and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!
