   The food was amazing, the background music choices were perfect. I went for my birthday and everyone wished me happy birthday as they brought out the food. I also got a card signed by all the staff before I left. Everyone was so kind and attentive, my water was never empty.

   Our first experience with Marmalade was 9 years ago and we were hooked. Chef Peter has created a food experience like no other. We are here on vacation and had to go back and it did not disappoint. It was and remains to be a 5 star experience. Thank you Chef for what you do!

   Marmalade sets the standard for fine dining prix fix tasting menus. This restaurant is not to be missed when visiting Puerto Rico.

   We went here for a birthday date and had an absolutely amazing time. Leyla took great care of us but the entire staff was also amazing and attentive. Priscilla the GM was also very kind and gave us great recommendations of places to eat in Puerto Rico. The food was absolutely amazing, creative and delicious, and we had a really nice time!

   Amazing. Beautiful space, great service (the main server and all the runners were very attentive and precise, especially with food allergies, but not over-bearing or stuffy) and the food was spectacular. There is a reason the white bean soup has been on the menu for 20 years. Even though it prix fixe there are multiple diverse options for each course.

   Absolutely outstanding dining experience. Christine helped us throughout the evening and was fantastic. Each course was beautifully plated and was delicious. Easily best meal and experience of our entire trip to Puerto Rico.
