For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu priced at $189.00, the 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. Prices are per seat and applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. Marmalade does not offer a la carte. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more.     Service was great. We ate at the bar and were treated very well, it’s not a preference for the tables are beautiful and comfortable. I booked a week prior in not enough time to secure a table.

    Amazing food and service. They were very attentive to my son’s food allergies. The white bean and truffle soup is a must! I really enjoyed the tenderloin. We all ordered something different for each course and everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in San Juan.

    Amazing tasting menu. Perfectly paired, plated and apportioned. Super innovative combinations that all worked. Truly a feast for the body, soul and the eyes. The delicate use of truffles surprised and delighted. Wonderful service and ambiance. The soup and palate cleansers were particularly notable, as was the ceviche, tuna, tenderloin, halibut. The wines were fantastic, even the silverware and plates were creative and top quality. I can’t say enough good. Better than any Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve been to in Rome or New York!

    John, thank you for last night......... It must have been a full moon last night as it felt energized last night with a couple of fun-loving tables. Rarely do the guests get loud during dinner but we spotted a couple hyaenas last night to your point. Blessings of health and happiness in 2025, look me up when are next in Old San Juan and we will spoil you Chef Peter

    Marmalade was incredible. From the moment we entered until we left, we were made to feel welcome and every question answered, every request granted. We had tuna tartare, popcorn shrimp, beets, white bean soup- their signature, mushrooms with lentils, rabbit garganelli, romanesco pasta, grilled tuna, vegan pasteles, beef tenderloin, choco L8, pears, and B3- bacon, blueberries & bourbon. There were also 3 different palate cleanser sorbets with their own unique sauces-pineapple, plum, and matcha. One of our party was vegetarian and there were so many options for her, both on and off the menu. Each dish was a work of art, including the cocktails. The service was professional but warm and friendly. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Our food was so wonderful, I can’t imagine how good the staff meal must be at a place of this caliber.
