   We loved eating at Matteo’s and we make sure we go twice when we are here in Florida in the winter months. Food and service is always great and never rushed.

   Our server was very pleasant but overall the food was just Ok. My Nana’s Ragu was basically spaghetti with meatballs and sausage with about a pound of pasta to make it look like a lot for the money. I get it, everything is expensive but this just did not justify the price. Will not be back

   La comida es excelente , el ambiente muy bueno , tiene un defecto con el nivel de ruido de la Música … hay momentos que es demasiado elevado , y no hablo del show en Vivo que es muy divertido , si no de la música del salón que manejan desde la Recepción . Pero realmente vale la pena ir ….

   Our server, Guy, provided outstanding service and truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a satisfying meal and great service.

   We waited for 2 hours for our meal that never came. The manager and waiter never gave us updates unless we asked. . We said “we’ve been here 2 hours and never got our meal” the manger abruptly said I’ve been here all day!!!” At 9:05 we walked out waiting since 7:00 🤬 we have never been treated so rudely terrible expedience.

   Celebrated our fourth Valentines Day in a row. Everything was excellent, including the entertainment. We are regulars, and we also appreciate the wine list.

   We should have known better than to reserve a table for 7:15 on Valentine’s Day …to a very popular place that we frequent when staying in south Florida. The restaurant should not have taken in a full house of diners when it did not enough servers ( or maybe that only happened to the two of us sitting outside). We must have been seated in the “ no service” zone…We were seated at 7:35, received our bottle of water at 8:15 ( we then placed our order then and received our wine)…. Our food arrived at 9:00 ( after speaking to the “lovely woman” at the front desk). We experienced Terrible service ! BUT, when our food arrived, both dishes were DELICIOUS ! All the tables around us, including diners who were seated 30 minutes after us, were quickly served. Huh ? Our waiter seemed frazzled…or overworked. Something was OFF! This restaurant is super popular and we look forward to our next visit BUT we will definitely not reserve on Valentine’s Day.

   Pure excellence in dining, service and entertainment. The entire staff was professional, friendly and the service was top notch. The food was delicious. We will definitely return.
