They put fennel in the meatballs which gave it a sausage flavor we liked. O had the pineapple shrub with vodka and it was really good. Not too sweet. Lively urban environment. - TThomasNew Mexico •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoLooked for a new Steak place. Walked in and (had a reservation) was greeted and seated. Very knowledgeable wait staff, respectful and friendly. Was offered the “Experience it” option and was not disappointed. Brazilian grill experience with a definite upgrade in the salad bar, so many options and I’m on a keto diet so it was nice to have so many choices! When the masterfully grilled and skewered meat came around my eyes were happy and my mouth was in heaven! I will definitely be back! I’m going to have the Waygu Ribeye next! brûléed cheesecake was just too hard to resist and was worth it!More infoFogo de Chão - AlbuquerquePrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Albuquerque•4.1

Discover New Mexico
If Mexican-style cuisines were rated on a scale from Tex-Mex to truly authentic, New Mexican cooking would fall somewhere in the middle of that continuum. A style all its own, it relies heavily on two things: cheese and chiles. In this state, chiles and the sauces made from them come in both red and green varieties. While red chiles have a bit of a kick, be forewarned that green ones are hot, hot, hot! A beloved dish is the green chile cheeseburger, which brings the heat to an American classic. Cheese and chiles aren't just for dinner; in the morning, locals enjoy these favorite ingredients in hearty breakfast burritos.
