Food is always exceptional, with a great wine list by the glass, along with bottles, and great drinks. This is an all-around great restaurant. 10 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Food was great. For Sunday at 12:45 pm I wish they would add a couple brunch style items to the menu. Almost everyone was sitting outside but we preferred inside. The service was a bit off - possibly due to this choice. The waitress was slow to take our order and the staff congregated to talk just out of earshot by the bar. The sushi was as good or better than a Japanese restaurant and the entree was fresh and crisp and came out hot with the cold items cold on the same plate. I would go again just to try the rest of the menu.

We had a very enjoyable evening . The wine selection was great. Marie at the bar was very attentive and informative about the wine selection. Very friendly. The food was great and very well prepared and presented . Ambiance relaxing and chill . Overall five stars!

The Metropolitan Café never lets us down Food always above board and delicious. The drinks are fantastic, especially their signature martinis. You may want to consider changing the name from café to bistro or restaurant so friends and acquaintances would be more apt to visit .

Lacks ambience. Service was indifferent to our needs. Pork chop was not tender: a bit tough. $19 for Old Fashion drink too pricey. Will not dine here again.
