   This is the second time for me at Mezza. This time was just as amazing as my first. Impeccable service, ambience, and the food just outstanding. The crab cakes were perfection, and the rainbow salads mix of ingredients and flavors come together perfectly. Their hummus and Pita is a must have. The beef shortrib bowl is incredible. Dessert of Baklava and Turkish coffee ended this perfect meal.

   For the first time in a while, I did NOT enjoy the food… we ordered the typical apps they are known for and were very disappointed. Out of 5 items, one was edible. Not returning any time soon.

   Our experience was pleasurable. The food was excellent and so was the service. Our servers went out of their way to make sure we had a positive dining experience.

   Great neighborhood spot. It doesn't rest on its laurels. There are new menu items to complement the classics. Highly recommended if you enjoy high quality authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. (The innovative crab cake appetizer and amazing ricotta fritters dessert deserve special mention.)

   Wonderful food and really respectful service - attentive but not too much in your face, interrupting conversation. Lovely and highly recommend the Persian seafood pasta!

   The ambiance and service is fabulous! Food is good but way overpriced which is unfortunate. I’d hesitate to return and drop that kind of money on a meal there when I can get as good or even better Mediterranean food at other local places for a much more reasonable price. Although it’s a small thing it bugs me to be charged $2 for extra pita when I’m paying these prices to dine there. This type of minor charge can lose a customer. No one wants to be nickel and dined when 3 people paid a 255 tab including tip.

    What a shame that a nice dinner was spoiled by greedy aggressive fees. Not only that they charge the much hated 3% fee on credit card payments, they also included a 20% tip for a table of 2 explaining that tips are higher during the holidays. Apparently, this was initiated way before the holidays started & they reduced it by our request. Next time I will be paying with single Dollar bills...

During busy times, like the holidays, our system automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill to ensure fair compensation for our hardworking team. Restaurant servers rely on tips as a key part of their income, and this helps prevent situations where they might receive lower tips. However, we understand that guests may prefer a different gratuity amount. As was the case during your visit, you requested a 15% gratuity, and we were happy to accommodate that adjustment.
