MK Kitchen is located in the heart of Gorham, Maine. The menu is created by Chef/Owner Mitchell Kaldrovich, who has years of working in top-notch restaurants and hotels all over the world. He brings passion, knowledge and experience. Born in the states, but raised in Argentina, he has a wide blend of flavors and techniques that he has been waiting to showcase at his own place. He and his wife, Lisa opened MK together in April of 2015.

Drove by this place and waited too long to finally eat here. Food is delicious along with a great cocktail menu. We sat at the bar and Lindsay the bartender was awesome. Not only did she make great cocktails, she helped us pick great dishes from the menu - lots of yummy choices.

The cheese board was the best part of this meal. We ordered the cheese board and lobster cones as appetizers. Lobster was of poorer quality and I questioned if it was fresh/local due to taste. Ricotta Gnocchi Pesto was very oily. Gnocchi Mac and Cheese was overly salty and the pork belly bites were extremely overcooked to the point they lost their flavor and resembled the taste of pork rinds. Crispy Leg of Duck was the better of the three Entrees. Entrees Extremely overpriced for the quality. Drinks were well made however the MK Old Fashioned was extremely over iced. Servers were very attentive. Ambiance was nice but not anything special. The curtain when entering and leaving the restaurant is an off putting touch and takes away from the experience.
