    The Moderne Barn is about average. Has the same menu for years and the food is ok. I had the scallops which were a little fishy for my taste. My husband had the pork chop which came highly recommended by the waitress - it was ok as well. The hanger steak came out with sauce when we ordered it without and it was good but timing was off. The pasta bolognese was ok. So overall an average food experience in a very noisy environment- though very nicely decorated for Xmas.

    Messy service, decent food but not really well prepared and wrong bill. Service kept bumping into my chair despite plenty of room around it for what ever reason. Not the best time at MB.

    We have not dined here in a while and were disappointed with the food and service. It took 2 1/2 hours - service was very slow and inattentive.

    Professional servers and managers always makes sure you are promptly taken care of. Extremely well run restaurant. Exquisite and delicious 5 star rated food and generous portions. One of the best restaurants in New York State as you can see by all the people coming there. 5 stars in all aspects. Pick this restaurant you cant go wrong and you will have a great and wonderful experience.

    The Moderne Barn is remarkable for its consistency. An entre that is excellent today will be just as good tomorrow. I ordered the pork chop with broccoli rabe for the first time and it was delicious. I know it will be just as good when I order it the next time.
