It’s a family-run place on Staines Road in Feltham, one that doesn’t try to scream from the rooftops about the quality of the food because the quality of the food speaks for itself. Begin your meal with a selection of hot tapas then consider a main of fresh fish – this is a Portuguese restaurant, after all – with the grilled king prawns served with baby calamaris being a dish we’d certainly recommend. Fantastic reliable Italian food and great server who was supremely happy and attentive. Perfect place to eat before flying out the next morning. But it is in an airport hotel which had no ambiance but that’s not Carluccio’s fault!

Had a really nice time, me and my partner came for dinner for my birthday. Service was great, all staff members we interacted with were professional, kind and welcoming. Food was good! Steak cooked well (medium), chips and lemon salad was great. But we wasn’t a fan of the heritage salad. Lychee martini was fabulous. Only point I would like to say is that we booked for 8pm and there was young children running around. I understand it’s a part of a hotel & I also have young children that I left at home. But the staff should maybe sit large groups/children in an area away from intimate diners.
