Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Absolutely incredible experience! Our wait staff, Julian, Miguel and Santana were amazing. The food was 10/10, service was impeccable and we were treated so kindly from start to finish. It was for my mom’s birthday and they made her feel so special. Can’t wait to return next year!!

We absolutely loved it! Service was excellent and everything we had was delicious. Will definitely be coming back! Only thing is we wish it was in a nicer area with better parking.

We always love coming here and just getting the market table. There’s so much stuff on there that we just can’t justify getting the meat. We have found that of all the Brazilian steakhouses, we feel that this is the best market table/salad bar. My only disappointment was the lobster bisque, which had a different flavor that I wasn’t wild about. Seems that they change the recipe a little bit and it’s more tomato flavored than I remember.
