Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven.     Look, Ruth Chris’s and Morton’s prices. Well worth it in my opinion. Sure wish the customers dressed better. Reverse ball caps, tees shirts, this isn’t Outback. Steaks excellent, sides and salads excellent and beignets a nice touch for dessert. Chris, my server for the evening, is outstanding. Customers, leave the baseball caps at home. This is a classy place.

    Our steak was cooked perfectly, as were the other items we ordered from the menu. We enjoyed being able to order from both the fixed menu and the regular one. Our Christmas Eve was once again made special by everyone at Marche. Merci!
