This place has the best burgers in CR. Always consistently juicy, cooked to perfection, and served with the truffle fries which are to die for. I mean the service is great, and the steak, salads and seafood are excellent but if you ever have a taste for a great burger, they also provide that.

Everything was great except for a surcharge on additional “salsa” which was both expensive and ridiculous. This details matter

This is a must-try place. We are staying at the hotel and we’ve eaten here before. An eclectic menu makes for a very interesting dinner. The cocktails are phenomenal. Very creative and very beautiful. As for the service, it is top-notch. Everyone speaks to you whether you’re in their station or not. Our go-to server is Yara. She is amazing. She makes sure you never want for anything and her personality is cheerful, professional, and sincere. Love this place. I highly recommend the Cerviche De Corvina as an app. Delicious. I had the shrimp pasta for dinner, which was delightful. Many shrimp tossed in tagliatelle pasta with a light tomato based sauce. Also delicious.

Great place for any occasion! This time we enjoyed the cocktails and a special suggestion of tender beef picanha with fungi risotto. Delicious meal in nice weather and ambiance.

It's the fourth time I visit Buchon and it's definitely one of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. It is very difficult to find a place that has amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing ambience and service, and amazing prices. No matter what type of food you like, I guarantee you'll have an incredible experience at Buchon. Their menu changes seasonally but it has always delivered and they maintain customer favorites. The burger and cheese cubes are a MUST. If it's your first time visiting, don't worry about parking on the street or with the local guachiman, you're in good hands!
