I had such a fun time at Billy‘s after dark, the food is amazing, the service was great and the drinks got the job done :-) definitely recommend for a date night, out of town visitor, or girls night super super fun vibe.

Absolutely loved sitting at the counter. It was a good volume with bumping music but could still easily hear my friend. The rolls were fantastic and the crispy rice tuna is so good. Loved the Sake we ordered too.

They added a new salad to menu the shrimp Thai salad. Was very good. My daughter had the shrimp bowl and thought the shrimp was too salty and the meal was ok. Got there early for lunch so service pretty good she was friendly.

It’s an unusual set-up, everything is served family style with the expectation the table will share. It was tons of fun. The staff was friendly, warm and genuinely seemed to want us to have fun. It is expensive, but fantastic for a special occasion. The food was delicious. The Rosti was like a giant tater tot, and very, very crispy. The Brussels Sprouts were crispy and delicious (and I don’t even like Brussels sprouts). You have to try the lamb ragu, it was perfect ~ the veggies were tender-crunchy, the lamb melts in the mouth. The Bison Steak Frites was perfectly cooked, lean and tender and the fries were well-seasoned and very crispy. We had the Sourdough Beignets for dessert and I felt like was back in New Orleans. Go. Cosmos has become my go to restaurant before a Timberwolves game. Key is the ability to make a reservation.The Brussel sprouts side dish was awesome. The service was awesome.
