Taking hospitality back to its roots with a warm welcome from our genuinely friendly team breathing new life back into the heart of the community. The menu will offer daily, hyper-seasonal specials, and plenty of British game, meat and fish. Executive chef and owner, Jamie Dobbin is passionate about local sourcing and traditional dishes, such as Half dozen Porthilly rock oysters with shallot dressing, Brixham King scallops with burnt butter cauliflower and caviar or Portland hogget Shepherd’s pie with grilled cutlet. Serious meat lovers can expect 45 day aged native and rare breed steak on offer as well as a hero dish of Beef Wellington for two. Fish is of course wild, sustainable, and British, sourced from day boats on the South coast with the daily catch delivered straight to the door in a matter of hours. There is a handsome bar menu too, and as always, Sunday roasts are a big fixture on the menu every week.

Welcome to The Bull Inn, a traditional, long-standing public house on the road between Wokingham and Arborfield.The pub dates back to at least 1728, before which it was a brew-house for Sparks Farm.It has been a Grade II listed building for more than 40 years.     Second time eating at The Kara and it was as good as the first time. A warm welcome awaits when you arrive and it continues through your night. Cocktails are really good quality and reasonably priced and the food is incredible. Large portions which you can share and enjoy more authentic Mediterranean flavours. Service is quick and professional and the live singer and DJ later make it a fun place to be. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

    First time and we were not disappointed. For was fresh and different to the normal Indian fayre. It was a Christmas lunch so the Limitless Brunch was perfect with a few drinks and some really tasty food. Definitely going back to sample the rest of the menu.

    Such a delightful afternoon spent at Frimley Hall for their festive afternoon tea. Service was very quick and friendly, we were kindly offered a top up of the sandwiches which were absolutely amazing, clotted cream & Jam and fresh tea. No request was too big. I’d definitely put this on my go to list now. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience here. The price is amazing too, such great value for what is on offer!
