The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm.     Food was so very good! Our waiter had a hard time understanding us, especially about drinks. Asked for another water, never came. Brought me another martini that I never ordered. All in all it was a good experience. My ravioli was amazing, husband’s branzino was, as well. Caesar salads exceptional. Great ricotta cheesecake.

    Loved Embers! Great new restaurant! We had a beetroot salad to start. My husband has the skirt steak and I had the sea bass. The purée under the sea bass was incredible!! We also had a cheesecake dessert that was tasty. The service was very attentive! I also liked the atmosphere. You can see them cooking on the fire. O well great dining experience

The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and absolutely mouthwatering. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and indulgent. Every bite was a 10/10. What truly set the evening apart was the incredible service. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. To top it all off, they surprised me with a delightful birthday dessert, making the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place that combines exceptional food with top-notch service, BLT Steakhouse is it. Highly recommend!
