We had the Osusume chef tasting menu and loved every bit of it. Our outstanding server Elena described it as a tour of the menu. It included sushi and sashimi courses as well as delicious braised beef and dessert. We also enjoyed tasting different sake's and learning more about the flavor profiles. The food was excellent but what took it over the top was how hospitable the staff was. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. It was like a family member who wanted to share their food with you. We weren’t rushed and enjoyed just sitting and chatting with ourselves and the staff. They treated everyone like a VIP. So enjoyed him. Food... french onion soup is amazing - the bread and butter - so so good. the new "Lasagna" dish was so decadent with black shaved truffle on top that they shaved tableside.
