It was a very warm evening and we enjoyed sitting inside in air conditioned comfort. The food was excellent. They were very busy so understandably at one point a drink order appeared to have been forgotten apart from that staff were very nice & attentive. The hostess was very thoughtful adjusting the blind to protect our eyes from the sun. The view of the sunset over the pier and bay is spectacular. Parking is a bit of an issue as people park there to go to the beach & it’s paid parking but we found places after 7 pm. But just an FYI for anyone booking end of December 2024 - Open Table is still taking your bookings but MJs is closed for Christmas until January! We made a a booking thru Open Table and even had to confirm the booking and showed up to a closed restaurant with a sign on the door saying closed til Jan.
