- PPaulVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe Velvet consistently is the best place to dine in the Rossland/Trail area when you want to have a special evening. The menu is updated seasonally, and there is sufficient variety for us to try different items every visit. Although, it's pretty hard NOT to order the sablefish every time. We try to stop in at least once a month and are always warmly greeted by the staff. Great location too, and the views up the ski hill are spectacular. Highly recommended.More infoThe Velvet Restaurant at The Josie HotelPrice: Expensive• American• Rossland•3.9

- RRyanVancouver / British Columbia •1 review4.0Dined on Feb 15, 2025First time going here with my wife. Overall the food was good, a bit limited on options, and pricier. But overall it was good. I would eat here again, too expensive to be a regular visit but is alright for the odd date night out.More infoColumbia Steakhouse & BarPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Trail•4.6
