We had the Angus steak dinner, and chicken and ribs. Everything was cooked perfectly. Dessert was the chocolate caramel cheesecake which was yummy. We have appreciated the excellent service we have received over the many years that we have been visiting Prairie's Edge - sometimes 5 times in a month! It is most distressing that your staff is without employment for such a prolonged period of time. This is most unfair treatment of your full time, long time and excellent serving staff!!
