The main server was probably a very nice person but was kind of phoning it in and seemed to be offering the same service I’d expect at a chipotle - if I’m honest. We won’t be back. Michael Jordan’s Restaurant at Mohegan Sun is 1000000 times nicer. Better ambiance. Better service. Better cocktail menu. Just so much better … but we took a gamble (no pun intended) with what I thought could be a similar experience. Definitely not worth the $400 + we spent and if this review helps someone who does enjoy fine dining and a great “experience” - David Burke Prime is not it. Zero vibe. Fast food service. Very delicious food. Crazy price tag. As a business owner I do take these surveys seriously. I know it’s not fun to read when you’re not hitting the mark and delighting people. This restaurant could likely do better with servers who really want to be there - I mean the tips have to be decent based on the meal costs. The actual decor, or ambiance … unsure what can be done but it’s very mid as my kids would say.More infoDavid Burke Prime at FoxwoodsPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Mashantucket•4.4

The setting is exceptional and very relaxing, our wait staff was all very kind and attentive making us feel welcomed. The Having the food served family style also made for a nice table interaction with sharing verses being focus on your pwn plate.
