Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. In 2022, Bloom is coming to Europe, with the first restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Discover a varied selection of botanical sushi inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. All our sushi is 100% vegan: No mercury and no antibiotics. No use of fish flesh, seafood, or by-products in our recipes. No eggs, cream, or milk All our sushi is made with seasonal products to offer original and harmonious flavour combinations.
