And they never blinked, even after I had to tweak our reservations twice! We ended up with five for dinner and Jenn made this huge table in a corner work. We enjoyed their steak, roast chicken, ribs, my scallops and mussels in grits, and the special char for my wife. Everybody was very happy, well fed, and enjoyed the evening. This is a great restaurant and I’m already planning when we can get back, just the two of us. Thank you, Franny’s.More infoFrannys BistroPrice: Very Expensive• American• Camden•4.8

- AAdrianna1 review5.0Dined on Feb 15, 2025This was a fantastic, and romantic date for me and my significant other on Valentine’s Day. The menu was small but delicious. Very small place with a bar and tables. Lighting gives a romantic feel and the music isn’t your typical feel but still was enjoyable. We ordered the lasagna and the filet mignon. They were amazing and so flavorful and tasted very healthy and organic. We also got the flourless torte cake I believe it was and trust me get it! It was delicious. Discover Rockland, Maine
Life in the town of Rockland, Maine, has revolved around the sea since its early days as a home to shipbuilders and fishing fleets in the 1800's. Today, the dining options in Rockland reflect this coastal tradition. You can crack open a Maine lobster or enjoy a bowl of New England clam chowder while looking out over the Atlantic Ocean from your table. Raw oysters, littleneck clams, and quahogs from a raw bar are also always an option. For seafood with an international flavor, grab some maki or sashimi at a local sushi bar. Or if you're in the mood for some land-based food, the town's sports bars and pubs are great places to enjoy a burger or a pizza with a glass of beer.
