The menu is unusually spectacular, the top level is open to the sky with a view of Santo Domingo cathedral. There are several waiters per table, so food arrives timely and no finished plate sits very long on the table. We really loved it! Seafood was fresh and delicious and recipes were very original. Dishes show care and attention to detail. Service is the best we’ve encountered in Oaxaca so far.
