Ponce Restaurants

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. One of the very best restaurants on the island. Great food. Creative drinks. Great service. Lively vibe inside and in the surrounding neighborhood outside it's doors. I have been many many times and I NEVER have had a bad experience. Can be hard to get into for dinner (you must have a reservation). Lunch is pretty open. Habe the pork shank. Sea bass also is perfevt. The place is just outstanding in every way.

Unique creative cuisine in a beautiful setting, outstanding friendly service, and food that will entice all your senses. From the start when we got to the restaurant and the welcoming staff, we were filled with excitement. The menu is amazing and it was hard to decide what to order, as we wanted to try everything! We liked everything so much that we decided to make another reservation while we were at the restaurant so we could try more dishes! Drinks were also excellent. The owner’s love for the restaurant is palpable in every detail from the food, to the staff, and the decor. What a gem! We are coming back tomorrow and will be coming back every time we are in Ponce. Thank you to everyone who was part of our wonderful experience.

Salmon and Ribs were very good! Nachos were pretty good too.

The best restaurant in Ponce. Service was excellent and very friendly, both of our waiters treated us nicely and were very knowledgeable about the menu, the food was very good both the appetizers and main dishes, we had the house “bacalaitos” and the cod croquettes as appetizers both were flavorful and well made not too greasy es many other places, for main dish we had the stuffed filet mignon which was also very well cooked and very flavorful. We definitely will return to this restaurant in our next visit to Ponce
