- LLisaDenver / Colorado •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy friend and I frequent Devil's Kitchen often. This time we ordered the salmon entree, had it blackened, along with a wine pairing. Both were cooked to perfection with a great presentation. The salmon melted in our mouths and the top was crispy as requested. We plan to comeback again and again. Our server, Terra, greeted us immediately with a smile and waters, then took our drink orders. The food arrived in a timely manner and Terra checked on us to bring more drinks, refill waters and asked if our entrees were cooked to order. We also saw her helping fellow employees. The supervisor on duty, Heather, also checked on us and we observed her seating customers, taking out food and bussing tables.
