Felt like the chalet was extremely hot, we asked to turn it down but they initially said they couldn’t because multiple chalets are controlled by one setting. Then we asked again, and was told many people are complaining about it so they will turn it down but it still didn’t make any difference. So we cracked opened the door, which made it cold. So that part was just unpleasant with being hot and cold. Plus the tables and benches are metal so that didn’t help with how hot everything was.
