Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

We had a special request for dinner offerings as gluten-free as possible for my wife and the waiter was on top of that helping my wife with her selections. Cocktails and bread promptly served. I had the Prix Fixe 3 course dinner with soup, Prime Rib, and cheesecake - all excellent. My wife’s dinner also great with the bonus of their gluten-free Crème Brûlée!
