- NNissaBaltimore / Maryland •4 reviews5.0Dined todayEdge was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The steak was amazing - cooked perfectly. Actually all of the food was amazing, and thus we ate way too much :) The service was top-notch, too. Our Server, Bryan, went above and beyond to make my shy daughter comfortable. He joked with her, pretended she was paying the bill, brought her a blanket when she was cold, and gave her an extra chocolate with dessert.More infoEdge SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Park City•4.6

- JJimVIPLos Angeles •1 review4.0Dined 4 days agoWe dined in the evening and the lighting was very dark. We asked to move to a table with better lighting and they accommodated. A few dishes were quite good and a few just ok. But our server was excellent. She was knowledgeable, attentive and very nice.More infoApex at Montage Deer ValleyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Park City•4.7

Solitude, Utah, is a ski resort town with 77 trails and 1,200 acres of downhill skiing areas. The resort features many upscale restaurants, including Italian eateries that offer a three- or four-course meal that begins with a soup, such as ragù alla bolognese or risi e bisi, followed by a bread course with bozza pratese or pane di Altamura and an entree such as cannelloni ai carciofi or bucatini coi funghi. Meals are completed with espresso, coffee, or hot cocoa and a dessert such as cannolo siciliano or panna cotta. The area is also home to several sports bars, many of which have an Irish theme. These bars serve up lagers and stouts and pair them with plates of hearty Irish stew.
