We also offer takeout, delivery, catering and in Jul 2023 we have added Mow, Mehfil on Wheels, a food truck serving Mehfil food. Mow is a regular at the local breweries and can even come in to your neighborhood. Our signature dishes include the lamb chops, goat curry, deluxe mixed grill-an assortment of lamb and chicken seekh kebab, tandoori shrimp and lamb chops. No one does the tandoor as good us and our awards are testimony to that.

The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Bouchon is the French word for cork. In the small farming village where the owner, Michel Baudouin, grew up, bouchon also refers to the friendly neighborhood bistro. The bouchons in Michel's hometown were supplied by local farms, and so we continue that tradition here.
His memories of simple, delicious, and comforting dishes shared at home or enjoyed at the local bistros inspired him to recreate that experience here in Asheville.

    Our birthday celebration meal was so perfect! Our food was delicious- Margherita pizza with the thinnest crispy crust, the green weeds salad we shared, and the little Carmelo pasta was a real treat with the added balsamic addition. All of the pasta, made in house, was al dente with perfect amounts of sauce. But the staff at Luminosa was, as always, exemplary in their attentiveness, knowledge of the menu items, and kindness. They make this wonderfully historic space worth coming often, which I have! We even got a tour of the newly opened red ribbon space - thank you Ace, Sara Charles and Amy.

    Our waiter, Daphne was superb. Great service and a fine dining experience. Delicious root vegetables and salad with pomegranate, squash, pecans, goat cheese. We had a wonderful evening and ended it by sharing the chocolate mousse which was decadent.
