- KKristinPittsburgh / Western PA •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were in the new room upstairs and all the way in the back. It was a little noisy because of party near us and the acoustics of the room. Felt a little out of the vibe of the restaurant which was why we were there for my daughter’s birthday- her pick. We had burrata and bread board which was yummy. I had the short ribs which were amazing. My husband had the beef special and my daughter had pasta with grilled chicken. They weren’t thrilled with their picks - I think because mine was so good. Our dessert was amazing and so good. It was a chocolate bomb of goodness. Our waiter was a bald friendly guy who was wonderful and is a really great asset and cheerleader for your restaurant. Sorry I’m horrible with names but he deserves a raise. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to see what amazing things this group has for 2025!More infoRitual HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7
- PPatrickPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was so so good. My wife called the calamari the best in Pittsburgh. Our server Nate was awesome and recommended perfect meals. Drinks and desert were some of the best in the city. Complimentary valet parking. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate a birthday/anniversary/treat themselves to a fancy night out!More infoCasbahPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Shadyside•4.8
- KKendraPittsburgh / Western PA •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant was perfectly dressed for Christmas. Our party of 10 was meticulously cared for by Sheldon. His professional demeanor and attention to detail were superb. The meal was served simultaneously by 4 waitstaff. Each of our plates were set in front of us at the exact same time. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The food was incredible. I personally ordered the surf and turf combo meal. The steak melted in your mouth and there’s a shrimp on top that could win a ‘world’s biggest’ competition. I cannot recommend Del Frisco enough!!More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

- SsteveVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •17 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 7, 2024Really, really good food. Service was helpful. Very much enjoyed the appetizers and the chicken entree. I would advise leaving room for the chocolate baklava. We will 100% be back. Really well done. The dining area near the door was a bit chilly...but it was cold outside as well.More infoIstanbloom Mediterranean RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Lawrenceville•4.8

Discover Lawrenceville
Pittsburgh’s most iconic foods are also its heartiest. After all, the city has had to feed famished steelworkers and 300-pound Pittsburgh Steelers. It’s not uncommon to find french fries on everything from sandwiches to green salads, so it’s a good thing that nearby Heinz produces 650 million bottles of ketchup every year. The famous Pittsburgh rare steak was the advent of pre-microwave era steel workers who had 30 minutes for lunch. Who doesn’t miss the days of charring raw steaks on hot blast furnaces? Former Pittsburghers have dreams about spicy chipped chopped ham, a local staple since 1933. A pierogi is a sort of Polish take on a pot sticker, and upscale chefs do all kinds of creative things with them. Save room for burnt pecan torte, Lawrenceville's favorite cake.
