The news of your achievements in producing such a collection of courses each one complementing the others has spread nationwide. I had to drive a 300 mile round trip to Cardiff but it was worth every mile just to be able to sample such excellence. The food was beautifully cooked, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.
