- DDeborahGrand Rapids / Western Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went last night for my 58th birthday. Having dinner here had been a bucket list restaurant to try and it did not disappoint. Our server Jala was extraordinary! She was so knowledgable, friendly and delightful to interact with. The food was outstanding. The shrimp beignets and my salmon had so much flavor and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed trying the absinthe service and the tableside bananas foster was the perfect ending to the evening. We never felt rushed and it definitely felt like an event. It was a lovely evening!More infoMertens PrimePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Grand Rapids•3.5

- JJohnLas Vegas •6 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 26, 2025I hadn’t been here in quite a while, and I’ve never been here for brunch so a group of four of us went for a Sunday morning brunch. The ambience is really nice between the wood brick and all the hanging plants. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Our waiter was fine, a very pleasant guy, and the food we had was pretty good. One critique though was that the hashbrowns seemed to have a lot of oil or butter on them that left the plate pretty greasy, and my breakfast burrito was very tasty, but could’ve been warmer. It wasn’t cold but the sauce that was on it was not much more than room temperature and the interior of the burrito was warm, but I would’ve liked it a little warmer. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely come back for a weekend brunch. More infoSocial House Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• American• Grand Rapids•4.3
