Great fresh food, good wine, pleasant atmosphere !

Great dining experience! Food was yummy. Service was great. Server was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Place was packed. Still sat us on time and service was great. Mgr. Bill even made time to stop by and check on us.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. We had reservations and were sat down upon arrival. We were sat at a booth near the large bar area. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively. Our waiter, Sergio was excellent. Greeted us quickly and was personable and friendly. His recommendations were perfect. Salads were fresh and well proportioned. The short rib special was flavorful, fresh and also well proportioned. The food was excellent!! Highly recommended The Shanty and will definitely be back.

We keep coming back!!! Kinda wish it was a tad quieter. However, it sits alongside the train station low, flying airplanes and boats next to you. It’s quite busy it’s worth stopping in. The food is perfect and the staff is excellent.
