Discover Tracy
Tracy‘s central location in Northern California, where I-5, I-580 and I-205 converge, makes it a natural hub for road food stops. Casual dining and fast food chains dominate the exits along 205 on Tracy’s northern rim. The main downtown corridor along Eleventh Street has a good selection of ethnic varieties like Chinese food, Thai, Mexican and plenty of classic American cuisine. About a half-mile north of Eleventh Street is another notable concentration of restaurants, mostly near the intersection of Grant Line Road and N. Tracy Blvd. In this area are good California fusion, Mexican, Japanese and Chinese choices. Toward the western end of 205, the West Valley Mall has a substantial food court and a big selection of casual dining spots. Chain restaurants are common in Tracy, with good mom-and-pop ethnic and American restaurants rounding out the options.
