- KKayWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGracie was our server and she was amazing. My son, mother, and I went for a nice meal since my son had finished his first semester at UVA. We had the Friday porkchop special and my mom had the senior filet meal, We started with the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer which my son said was the best shrimp dish he’d ever had. My son had the French onion soup and my mom and I shared a wedge. Everything was very flavorful. We had eaten at Perry’s a couple times previously and you can’t get a better porkchop. It’s got a caramelized “crust of deliciousness on the outside and even the lunch portion is huge. My mother loved her filet. Even the mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. For dessert, my son got the crunch tower and my mom and I split the D’Angelo table side flamed dessert. We really had an incredible meal. Gracie was lovely and was very patient with special requests. Thank you, Gracie!!! What a great personality—very endearing. Thank you, Perry’s!!More infoPerry's Steakhouse & Grille – Richmond - Short PumpPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Dumbarton•4.6
- KKevinVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThis place was bumping! Everything was exceptional…a little loud, but to be expected as busy as the place is. My only issue was my mussels were on the cool side… as though they were probably done before my wife’s meal & sat in the pick-up window for a few minutes before coming to the table. They were still delicious, just not hot. The service was perfect. Our table super nice. Staff was friendly & had a sense of urgency, yet calm. My wife will go back again & again!More infoCan Can BrasseriePrice: Moderate• French• Richmond•4.4
- JJudyVirginia •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe enjoyed our meal though the food was not outstanding. Our dinner group was. It was a little complicated because the restaurant closed to set up for dinner and it was still very crowded. Stella's is not the place for a quiet, relaxing meal, even at 2:30 in the afternoon.More infoStella's - RichmondPrice: Moderate• Greek• Richmond•4.9
- MMarnieVIPVirginia •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThank you Tobacco Co for a great holiday gathering! A group of five of us were seated in an “office” which made it a cozy, unique experience! And we were actually able to hear one another! Our waitress was superb as was our entire dining experience. The drinks were festive, appetizers were so delicious we asked for more, the main meal was wonderful and the desert was to die for. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!More infoThe Tobacco Company RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Richmond•4.6

Discover Hanover
Known as the "Oyster Capital of the East Coast", Virginia and its Hanover area boast some of the best oysters around. The reason these oysters are so famous is that they are harvested from eight different areas, and oysters from each area have their own distinct flavor. These oysters can be eaten raw, steamed, baked, fried or roasted in Hanover's seafood restaurants. Other seafood options include clams and crabs, but if you're looking for land-based choices, try some Virginia Ham, artfully smoked in its own unique way. Hanover is also home to establishments serving Greek, Italian and Thai, or you can enjoy the simple staple of the region, fried chicken and black eyed peas, at a Southern cuisine spot.
