Dinner in the intimate Wild Sage is served with a view of an exhibition-style kitchen complemented with a massive river rock fireplace. A menu of creative American offerings features organically-grown produce, local game and meats, sustainable fish and seafood, and freshly-prepared desserts. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a reserve wine list with awards from Wine Spectator Magazine and wines-by-the-glass carefully chosen to complement menu selections.

The Whistling Grizzly features a regional bistro inspired menu utilizing local products such as Lockhart Ranch beef, Idaho trout and Vertical Harvest greens. Food & Beverage Director Jason Azarpour brings a 5 star hospitality experience as well as classic French culinary training to the Whistling Grizzly. We also offer a full bar menu including a full wine list, cocktails and local brews from Melvin and Snake River Brew Pub.

The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables. The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the contemporary concepts in the food. We asked for a quieter table-almost impossible at the Bistro in season, but they accomplished it by seating us at a table in the hotel lobby - BRILLIANT! The soft live music was an added bonus!

The Kitchen serves exquisitely prepared food- and the ambiance was serene, cozy and architecturally interesting. Lots of energetic diners. We had the three day pork shank with kimchi, pita etc- just the right balance of moist tender meat, and a seasoned crust- every bite was a perfect bite. Also had the King Salmon w lentils and labneh. Delicious. And the Branzino was amazing. Not enough room to talk about the other items we ordered- all amazing.

I thought this was a great experience, great meal with a great value! We had the 8oz prime rib that came with asparagus and mashed; braised beef ragu over pappardelle pasta; roasted bone-in chicken breast with mashed and asparagus, prime rib sandwich with horseradish cream, green chili cheese sauce & onions on a toasted hoagie. The kids had a cheeseburger and grilled cheese. Everyone loved their meals.
