The dinner menu offers a modern-American twist on the classic steakhouse, serving prime steaks cooked to perfection on an 1,200 degree infrared grill, fresh seafood, and signature side dishes. Entrees are served with a choice of a signature sauce, adding flavorful variety to the meal.
Westbank Grill is also open for breakfast daily, providing guests with a choice of both healthy and hearty options to fuel them in the day's wild western adventures.
Cancelling or changing your reservation within 24-hours of your reservation time may incur a $50 fee per person.

Nestled hillside at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort lies the intimate and rustic Il Villaggio Osteria. Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious gourmet sandwiches and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.
Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

This is a gem in Teton Village. A new restaurant with a great vibe. Nice bar, comfortable seating. Staff is very polite and provides great service. Nice menu offerings, pork belly app is a must. Very flavorful food, large portions and good value. Drinks were great as well. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

This was our seventh or eighth visit and the food remains superb and the service outstanding. Regarding the latter, our waiter, Matt, was very attuned to our needs. The scenery is breathtaking.
