War länger nicht im Neumanns, kannte das personal noch nicht, war aber total begeistert. Wie immer locker, freundlich, kompetent. Super große Auswahl an offenen Weinen, selbst gebackenes Brot. Alles gut. Hab erstmalig Flammkuchen hier gegessen. Das können andere genauso gut. Fand ich okay. Ansonsten steht Neumanns ja eher für exzellente Speisen. Ist und bleibt einer meiner Lieblingsläden.

Wir haben das Essen sehr genossen. Auch der Wein war sehr gut anmoderiert und passend. Eine junge Dame hat uns bestens versorgt und war fix und freundlich. Etwas unruhig war es durch die häufigen Gästewechsel oder Raucher, die raus und reinpilgern. Insgesamt war es uns etwas zu laut, aber wegen der Kueche & Service kommen wir immer wieder gern.

Essen war nur lauwarm und man wurde nicht gefragt ob das Essen schmeckt oder ab alles in Ordnung ist, weder nachdem das Essen serviert wurde, noch beim Abkassieren. Uns war bekannt, dass der Tisch nur für 2h verfügbar ist, obwohl unsere Reservierung erst um 19:30 Uhr los ging. Dennoch wurden wir bereits nach 1,5h abkassiert und konnten nicht mal unseren Wein zu Ende trinken, ein Dessert durften wir auch nicht mehr bestellen und dies an Valentinestag. In Summe sehr enttäuschend, Essen geschmacklich gut Ambiente auch, bringt aber nichts wenn 0,0 Servicequalität und Kundenorientierung gelebt wird.

Service = Ganz toll. Essen = Ochsenbacke hätte noch länger im Ofen bleiben können. Weinbergschnecken + Garnelen super

Es war wie immer alles sehr schön im Neumanns. Das Essen war super! Leider war es an dem Abend (ungeplant ?) sehr voll und der Service schien etwas überfordert. Wir kommen allerdings immer gerne wieder.
