Noir Restaurant is located along one of Philadelphia's hottest neighborhood's, East Passyunk Avenue. We pride ourselves by using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Marco Decotiis, born and raised in Montreal, Canada, brings his Italian culinary roots and local Canadian foods to Philly. Noir is open every day for lunch and dinner, and has a full bar offering an extensive craft beer selection along with a number of specialty cocktails & a wine selection for every palate. Be prepared to be properly taken care of and treated like family.

The food was excellent. I had the short ribs and my lady friend had the crab pasta. Both were off the hook. Very reasonable priced wine list.

Can't remember a better experience, the five stars we gave across the board here are no joke. My date (first date for us) sat for as long as we wanted. Each staff person was very nice. Our waitress, first initial J, took care of us like my beautiful Italian mom would have. Apps, entrees and dessert were in the top 5% ever, and not overpriced.

Excellent service. The cocktails were served quickly. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. Consistently good food and always great service.

Noir is a neighborhood bar and resturant that doesn't disappoint. In fact we don't live in the neighborhood and often make a point of going to Noir with our friends. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating -- the food is terrific. The menu is diverse so as to please a large group of people. I was disappointed that on a Friday night a couple key, common, Italian desserts were not available. Other than that I have no complaints.
