   My family was visiting from England & this was their Christmas wish to have dinner here so I made it happen. What a let down. Seated 20 minutes after our reservation time waited 45 minutes to get our drinks, one of which we had to go get ourselves from the bar because the server forgot to bring it.. Type 1 diabetic was ensured their drink was diet but it was regular soda. 5 out of 7 appetizers arrived after 50 minutes the other 2 took a further 10 minutes later (after speaking to the manager.) One Charcuterie was missing the focaccia bread. Medium Steak turned up well done, having already been sat for an hour & a half we decided to just eat it. 2 & half hours after being seated we were offered desert only 2 options available. Told bar was closed before we’d even finished our main course. When clearing the table the server spilled half a glass of champagne on a member of our party but was more concerned about his shoes that got splashed no apology or anything. Manger on duty was apologetic & acknowledged the terrible experience we’d had & gave us a round of drinks by way of apology. I give full credit to the guys who refilled our water, they were the only thing on point about this visit. Our 5.30pm reservation ended with us being the last people in the restaurant & the observatory closed so we couldn’t even enjoy the views as the observatory was closed (we were rushed out of the restaurant at 8.50pm before we had even finished our drinks) Truly disappointing experience feel like I wasted $1330 dollars.

   The food was amazing!!!! The desserts were really good. The service waa good too. The one down fall was we waited longer than expected for the dessert but that did not take away from the amazing views! So worth every dollar!! We'd definitely come back😊

   The sites up there were the best in the city but we paid 400 dollars to eat from a holiday menu and they were sold out of both of the items we wanted.. Our server took our orders and never came back through out our entire meal, we had to ask other servers for drinks. Worth it for the experience but we’ll never be back.

   Definitivamente la mejor vista de New York, pero nos decepcionó mucho la atención del restaurante, la comida muy buena pero el servicio pésimo tardamos casi una hora para que nos trajeran la ensalada solamente se acercó nuestro mesero 3 veces, no deberían de incluir la propina para que por lo menos hagan el esfuerzo de atenderte como se debe ya que no es nada barato solo de propina nos cobraron 120 usd y éramos 4 personas. Si tienen otra opción les recomiendo ahorrarse este lugar

   Sitio donde tienes unas vistas espectaculares garantizadas, ambiente tranquilo y relajado. El servicio un diez, pedimos si era posible que nos atendiera algún camarero que hablara español ,y hicieron todo lo posible para que así fuera. La comida excelente. Muy recomendable!!

   19:00 Reserviert 19:45 am Tisch Wir kamen um 19:15 an das Desk zum seaten. Da hiess es warten. 19:25 durften wir etwas vortreten um 19:35 hiess es bitte zum warten an der Bar Platz nehmen. Die Kids beide 16 wurden von der Cheffin neben der Bar platziert da sie nicht an die Bar dürfen. Der Kellner hat sie zusammengestaucht warum sie hier sitzen. 19:45 endlich am Tisch. Der Service war lahm und mein Steak kalt. Essen ansonsten sehr gut. Aber für den Preis NICHT WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN. Schade…

   El restaurante tiene una vista increíble, la comida no es muy buena. Realmente vale la pena por disfrutar la vista, pero la verdad es que la cena de Navidad fue cara, para recibir un trato sumamente malo x parte de los meseros. Era difícil que se aceraran y que tuvieran la paciencia de explicarte, y atenderte. Hubo quien groseros y de malas dijeron que ellos no nos atenderían. Lo que rescato es que al final, un mesero se disculpo y dijo que su actitud fue porque estaba estresado.

   The experience is so memorable! The views were breathtaking, and the food was delicious. We also tried the cocktails, which were fantastic. Overall an amazing experience.

   Cibo molto buono, i tavoli giusti hanno una vista impagabile e la possibilità di salire e godersi l'osservatorio incluso nel prezzo è molto interessante

    From the time we arrived at the restaurant to the time we left after lunch, service was excellent. We were quickly showed to our table and attended to. Our waiter, Kelyan, explained our options and helped us decide. The appetizers and entrees were excellently prepared and were delicious. We weren’t rushed and the ambience and view was as advertised. I will come back here on my next visit to NYC.
