   Booked for the patio with a view, got put in the back room with no view. Front desk was not friendly, food was ok but it was no Golden Steer. Instagram looks much better than it is. Won't be going back for the price. $277 plus tips for two people, maybe with the view it would have been a better experience. But the back room is like a store room they opened up to make more money.

   Great food and service. The history here is worth the meal alone. But the service takes it up another level.

   I was supposed to be seated at the patio and due to wind that area was closed. We got to seat in an indoor area they probably never used. They put curtains to cover the other side of the room. They used binder clips to hold the curtains together.

   Our first time to eat there it was a very good experience for Valentine’s Day. We ordered the tomahawk steak to share with two sides and had more than plenty to eat. All in all it was a nice evening.

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too bad to ignore. From the start, we were seated outside in the cold, even though we never requested outdoor seating. The wind was so strong that it was blowing everything off the table, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a meal. After 30 minutes of waiting, our drinks and appetizers never arrived. When we politely asked to be moved inside, the hostess dismissively told us that indoor seating was reserved for ‘preferred guests.’ At $100+ per person, I expected far better service and a basic level of hospitality. We ended up leaving without ever receiving our food. For a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end dining experience, this was beyond disappointing. I won’t be returning.

   Extremely cold outside due to high winds. Food got cold very fast so we had to leave in a hurry due to pretty much every object on our table flying around. So not your ideal dinner date scenario but I can not blame the staff in any way. So I would have graded Oscar's higher but our dinner was pretty much ruined. Staff was in the wind storm like us and there should have been precautions taken. Like offer to move people inside the restaurant or pack up or food and maybe offer a cookie to save face on an expensive dinner that we ended up eating at home.

    Our party of 4 was outside on the patio for Valentine’s Day. While it was a little chilly at first the staff was nice and brought heaters for us. Unfortunately a windstorm hit and wouldn’t let up and that affected our dinner service and it’s hard to rush food of that quality and wine. The staff did their best with the circumstances that arose. While it created a memorable dinner, it was too rushed and everything was ice cold.
