                                                                    Service was not good…our waiter was fine but hostess was very rude. More than half of our party had arrived and they refused to seat us. My elderly mother could not keep standing around and they would still not seat us until our ENTIRE party arrived. After politely asking AGAIN to be seated, the hostess began to question what freeway the rest of our party was on and where they were coming from?? How was I supposed to know? I just knew they were about 15minutes away.. it was very condescending and rude. Service was slow and very mediocre. I would not come back, which is sad because I was very excited to celebrate my birthday and graduation here.

                                                                    Felt like any other run of the mill restaurant. Food was meh. View was meh. Service was slightly better than meh, but then that even fizzled as they got busy. And the valet situation was a zoo. We’d heard and read good things, but this was an overall disappointment. We will pass next time.

                                                                    Took a little extra effort from the staff and time for us to get the table we really wanted, but it was well worth the wait to be out on the balcony to celebrate our special occasion it was, and we will never forget

                                                                    It was our first time at Perch LA for our company celebration and it was truly amazing! From the second we walked in we were greeted and even had our seats accommodating due to it being cold outside. All three of our servers were polite, attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back and would encourage everyone to visit. Thank you Perch LA

                                                                    Our waitress checked on us very little and forgot my birthday and didn’t bring dessert with candle. When we got the bill, it was too late and didn’t want it anymore. Every visit I’ve had there. The waiters have always been very attentive, but she wasn’t.
