St Jack never disappoints. Was our (I believe 5th or 6th time there. Food quality is always great. I had the Tartare au boeuf and my wife the mussels. Shared fries to go with both. Superb and light. Shared the “Choux” dessert which was even better than the description. Only issue…and this is small…is this is a loud clanging bistro with an open kitchen.

Dining area was draped off from the bar area which was a unique way to section the two areas. Noise could still be heard from the bar. However we were seated by the door and despite the efforts to keep the cold out my wife was could through our dinner. I appreciate the effort to section off the cold but it was still a bother. Food was good but the Pork Oso Buccu I was looking forward to ordering ran out. The ravioli was a good substitute so perhaps an earlier reservation to get full options from the menu might be needed.
